4. Payment Terms

Services provided under The Launch Pad are free of cost for the 1 best-selected idea. However, the infrastructure cost of the development has to be borne by the client. We will also be providing Strategic Technology Consultation, Project Management and Execution, and Tailored solutions for digital transformation to top 10 best ideas. Basically, we’ll be helping the startup founders in shaping up the idea and showing the right path to move ahead. It’ll not include the development services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property made available through The Launch Pad are owned by or licensed to Techo Lab. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, modify, sell, or distribute any content without prior written consent from Techo Lab.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information, business strategies, data, and proprietary technologies disclosed during the course of the services strictly confidential. This confidentiality clause remains in effect after the termination or completion of services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice if you violate any part of these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our platform, reputation, or users. Upon termination, any unpaid fees shall remain due and payable.
